近期，GSK官网发布重组带状疱疹疫苗Shingrix在中国的临床四期结果，近3000例接种者无一例发病。

全球约90%的成年人感染水痘带状疱疹病毒（VZV），随年龄增长、免疫力下降可能让体内休眠的病毒激活导致带状疱疹发病，胸腹部、面部出现水疱并带来灼痛感；5%—30%的患者可出现后遗神经痛，疼痛持续数年之久，其他并发症包括眼部、耳部损害等等。中国每年约600万人发病，仍呈上升趋势。

2017年Shingrix在美国获批，用于50岁以上成人预防带状疱疹发病，2020年6月在中国上市。本次上市后研究包含5956例中国受试者，被平均分为两组。两年时间内疫苗接种组无一例发病，安慰剂组为31例，与此前全球研究发布的97%的有效率数据一致。

据悉，2022年Shingrix全球销量同比增长72%，达到29.58亿英镑，中国贡献了大部分增额。GSK计划两三年内将中国市场产品总销量翻倍，带状疱疹疫苗是重头戏。

另外，今年6月百克生物的国产疫苗“感维”宣布上市，绿竹生物的LZ901有望明年三季度提交生物制品申请。不同价位和适应年龄阶层的产品，为人群带状疱疹免疫提供更多选择。
