一夜无梦”才是高质量睡眠?

有的人认为做梦意味着大脑没休息好,觉得“一夜无梦”才是高质量睡眠。北京大学第六医院主任医师孙伟指出,这是常见的误解。做梦是正常的生理现象,在整夜睡眠中大多数人会做多个梦,但并不是所有的梦都会被记住。做梦是大脑在睡眠中处理重要信息的标志,一般不会损害我们的睡眠质量真正损害睡眠质量的是频繁的噩梦。

深度睡眠时间越长越好?

众所周知,深度睡眠阶段是睡眠周期中至关重要的部分,它对身体的修复和大脑的功能恢复起着关键作用。当前一些智能手表或者睡眠手环会给出睡眠评估报告,很多人会因为这个报告中深度睡眠时间不长感到焦虑孙伟表示,如果晚上睡眠时间是6~7小时,整夜深睡眠达到50分钟就是正常的。而且随着年龄的增加,深睡眠的比例会逐渐减少,这是一个正常的生理变化,不用担心。

对于用智能设备检测睡眠是否准确,孙伟指出,家用智能穿戴设备是通过心率、身体活动等指标来推断睡眠的分期,和临床上使用的标准多导睡眠监测设备相比还有一定差距,测得的数据也不能直接作为诊断依据。
